Hi! My name is Dr. Jackie Szczupakowski but my patients call me Dr. Jackie. Originally from Orchard Park, I am now a proud resident of Williamsville, NY and an even prouder wife and mother to two boys, Jude and Rory. Although I thought I was destined to be a southtowner for life, my husband, Derek, introduced me to the Northtowns and I fell in love. Who doesn’t love having 3 Wegmans in a 5 mile radius? I seriously do love everything about the Northtowns though. I love the faster pace, how close everything is and the many great parks and playgrounds for the kiddos.

You may have noticed that my official title is Dr. Jackie Szczupakowski… Well, that’s because I practice the best type of medicine– dentistry! I’ve heard it all, “How can you look into people’s mouths all day?” And “I don’t like the dentist, why would you ever want to be a dentist?!”. The truth is I love the mixture of arts and science that dentistry gives me. To give someone a confident, lasting smile, there are so many intricate elements and I love the process. I also love meeting new people and helping them achieve their healthcare goals. To pursue my dream, I went to a lot of school. I graduated from Hamburg High school and then went on to West Virginia University for a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Here I was captain of the equestrian team and a member of the honors college. I then received my doctor of dental surgery degree at The University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, I completed my residency at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Now, I’m a member of the 8th district dental society, NYS Dental Society and ADA. I also sing lead with the Internationally ranked Buffalo Gateway Show Chorus and I continue to ride horses at Hasty Hills Farm.

Buffalo is known as the city of good neighbors and that type of inclusion and friendship is the cornerstone of my practice at Maple Glen Family Dentistry. I absolutely love getting to know my patients and their families and watch them grow. Our motto is “Welcome to our Family” and that is exactly the type of relationships we have with everyone that walks through our doors. Starting this practice in September 2019 and then enduring the pandemic has not been easy but our patients have made it all worthwhile and I am thrilled to be serving such a wonderful community.

The team at Maple Glen are not only outstanding professionals but they make dentistry fun. You might think that’s impossible but many of our patients say they forgot they were even in the dental chair!! For the next few months I will be highlighting our awesome team members so check back frequently to learn more about your family at Maple Glen.
