The team at Maple Glen Family Dentistry, headed by Dr. Jackie Szczupakowski, is committed to providing a unique experience based on comprehensive care that is patient focused and relationship centered. We do this to ensure that we understand and treat the whole patient. Our approach uses a process that helps our patients learn about, understand, and appreciate their dental health. Meet The Doctor

Dr. Jackie completed her undergraduate degree at West Virginia University and earned a B.S. in Biology. She is a graduate of The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, she continued her education by completing an oncology focused residency at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, caring for our region’s most medically complex patients. Dr. Jackie is committed to learning new techniques and practices the most current dentistry. She is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, root canals, and dentures as well as providing conscious sedation for those patients seeking additional relaxation.

Although a native of Orchard Park, Dr. Jackie and her husband Derek, a financial advisor with Mass Mutual, now reside in Williamsville and have two young sons. On the weekends, you can usually find Dr. Jackie and her family cheering on the Bills, Sabres or her alma mater, the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Stefanie Knickerbocker CDA

Dental Assistant

Stefanie Knickerbocker has been a dental assistant for the past 30 years and completed her certification in dental assisting in 2016. Born in Germany, Stefanie is fluent in both German and English. Stefanie currently resides in Byron, NY with her Husband, Kevin. She has 3 sons and enjoys spending time with her family and riding her motorcycle when the weather is nice. Stefanie is certified in oral conscious sedation and her calming and confident presence makes every appointment comfortable and pleasant.

Lauramarie Colangelo

Practice Administrator

Lauramarie is the face of Maple Glen and is a constant smiling face ready to help you navigate scheduling your next appointment, understand your benefits or get you a financial plan to create your best smile. A native of Western New York, She received a degree in early childhood education from Buff State. She just celebrated 10 wonderful years with Mike. Lauramarie has one grown son and in her spare time she enjoys exercising, traveling and indulging in a fine glass of wine.

Cindy Pecoraro

Patient Care Coordinator

Cindy has been working in the Dental field since 1997. When not in the office, Cindy can be found in the kitchen cooking and baking delicious treats. Cindy’s grandson is often the first to say “Love is Nonna’s secret ingredient.” Cindy has a passion for traveling. Between traveling to see her daughter in Colorado, vacationing in Florida or having fun in Las Vegas, Cindy enjoys visiting new places, trying new local cuisine and spending time with her family and friends.

Jessica Korczynski RDH

Dental Hygienist

Jessica graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 2019 from SUNY Erie Community College. She has an Associates Degree in General Studies and a certificate in Dental Assisting. Jessica is passionate about making her patients feel comfortable while in our office and finds great importance in patient education. She enjoys educating her patients on the connection between with oral cavity and systemic health, helping patients take greater control of their overall health. Jessica grew up in Cheektowaga with her parents, older sister, and 10 year old German Shepherd, Duke. Jessica currently resides in Clarence with her boyfriend, Cody. She has a love for all animals, especially dogs, and enjoys all things outdoors, painting and going to the gym.

Emily Mahaney RDH

Dental Hygienist

After practicing dental assisting for five years, Emily decided to continue her education and passion for dentistry by obtaining her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Prior to furthering her career in dentistry, Emily graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2014 with her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Social Interaction. By applying her studies in our office she strives to create and maintain lasting relationships with her patients while reducing their dental fears. Her goal is to provide thorough healthcare in a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. A native Western New Yorker when she isn’t practicing dental hygiene, Emily enjoys running, camping and rooting for the Bills and Sabres. She is a firm believer that “this is our year.”

Mira Boyczuk

Care Coordinator

Mira is Dr. Jackie’s mother and since retiring from her 40 year career with Rich Products has decided to keep busy by helping the doctor and the office with any extra tasks. You can find Mira in the gardens watering and weeding and keeping everything looking beautiful. So be sure to stop and smell the flowers at your next summer visit. When not at the office or babysitting Dr. Jackie’s two children, Mira loves to golf with her husband, Norm, bowl, and travel to visit her son and his family in Utah.
