Join the Maple Glen Family

Maple Glen is a patient-focused and relationship-based practice, meaning that everything we do is based on really getting to know you, what you value, what you want for an end result, and how you want to get there. You are in control of your care because, after all, it’s your health and your body. What we are here for is to give you the knowledge, support, and treatment options that will help you make smart choices for yourself. We are invested in your good health and wellness.

We treat all patients as family. You are never just a number or an impersonal treatment to be done. We love having a relationship with each of our patients, knowing them as people first and patients second. When you visit our office, you will find that we allow more time for your appointments so that your experience here will never feel rushed.

If you’re ready to see how we can help you, please contact us at 716-688-5717 today to schedule your appointment with Dr. Jackie Szczupakowski. We look forward to meeting you and your family.

Comprehensive Dentistry

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make sure that you can enjoy the benefits of a beautiful, healthy smile. While traditional general dentistry is focused on helping you keep your teeth healthy and free of disease and decay, cosmetic dentistry gives you the ability to make changes to the overall look of your teeth and smile. Granted, our dentists are always concerned about the appearance of every restoration they do, so that it looks beautiful and natural and functions well. However, cosmetic dentistry goes a step further with smile design that actually enhances your appearance, looks natural, and functions beautifully. You may be looking for straighter teeth, whiter teeth, smaller teeth, bigger teeth, brand new teeth, or just small cosmetic changes that only you will notice (we can close gaps too!). Let us know what you dream about.

Our cosmetic treatments include:

  • Dental Bonding
  • Dental Implants
  • Dental Veneers
  • Tooth-Colored Dental Fillings
  • Kor Whitening
  • Custom Take Home Whitening with Opalescence products
  • Invisalign

Maple Glen Family Dentistry Denture Services

Denture Services

When you are missing teeth, our dentists may recommend a denture to replace your teeth and restore your smile. Dentures can be an affordable and time-effective solution for restoring your smile and improving your quality of life.

There are two main types of dentures available:

  1. Complete dentures – for when all of the teeth in your upper or lower arch are missing
  2. Partial dentures – for when some of your natural teeth remain; they also help prevent your remaining teeth from shifting.

When you visit our office for your consultation, our dentists will work with you to determine which type of denture will be most beneficial for you.

Your dentures may also be securely supported by dental implants. Implant-supported dentures are the only denture treatment that helps prevent bone loss, preserve your appearance, and give you completely secure protection against movement of your appliance during talking and chewing.

You may want to consider implant-supported dentures to:

  • Preserve bone loss that will occur with traditional dentures
  • Maintain facial structure and support
  • Increase denture stability
  • Eliminate the need for denture adhesives
  • Help reduce denture pain or discomfort from a poor fit
  • Help improve eating habits to improve overall health
  • Restore chewing ability – you can eat what you like!
  • Increase self-confidence while eating, speaking and being active

Cosmetic/Sedation Dentistry At Maple Glen Family Dentistry

Cosmetic/Sedation Dentistry

If you experience fear, anxiety, or stress at the thought of visiting the dentist, you may want to consider sedation dentistry to help you relax and feel comfortable during your appointments.  Sedation dentistry is for patients who are severely anxious or fearful, have extreme tooth sensitivity, hyperactive gag reflexes, difficulty getting numb, pain from trigeminal neuralgia or TMJ dysfunction, and for patients who would like as much dental treatment done in as little time possible. When you visit our practice, you will have an entire team that is trained in the latest sedation technology and we are prepared to provide the most comfortable dental experience possible.

Call 716-688-5717 to schedule your sedation consult and meet the sedation team.

Implant Dentistry

Dental implants restore the natural appearance and function of missing teeth, improving your quality of life so that you can speak and function normally. Implant placement can also relieve joint pain and discomfort as a result of tooth loss.

Other benefits of dental implants include:

  • Aesthetics – implants look and feel like your natural teeth.
  • Function – speaking and eating is more comfortable and natural
  • Less Invasive – your adjacent teeth are unaffected by your treatment
  • Health – Implants join with your existing natural bone, stimulating the bone to stay healthy
  • Reliability – Implants have a success rate of over 97%!

The implant process typically takes 6-9 months to complete. After your initial evaluation, the implant site will be prepared, and the implant post will be placed. Several months of time will be allowed for proper healing and for the implant post to integrate with the bone. An implant restoration, such as a crown, bridge, or denture, will be created and placed atop the post. Our team will keep you informed every step of the way during your treatment to provide you with complete instructions and answer your questions.

Dental implants are extremely strong, stable, and durable, and when you practice good oral hygiene, healthy eating habits, and keep your regular dental appointments, maintaining your implants is easy.

Call 716-688-5717 and schedule your free implant consult today.
